This tank comes with everything shown in the pictures. The tank has scratches, scuffs, and paint blemishes on the bottle and regulator. The gauge on the regulator has a crack on it, but it does not affect the performance of the tank. It has been tested by our factory trained technician and was found to be in working condition.
